Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenanceServe as the primary point of contact for visitors by answering and directing phone calls and emails, and by managing front desk operationsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including coordinating with couriers and managing post office tasksCoordinate communication between departments and liaise with external vendorsMaintain company records, including employee files, business licenses, and other documentsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations within the officeProvide personal administrative support to the CEOOrganize company meetings, events, and travel arrangementsSupport HR in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes To be successful as a Corporate Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality.
