Operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe, they're renowned for delivering bespoke technical environments for world leading clients. The Role: As an Estimator on this Datacentre project in Finland, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction team, preparing accurate cost estimates. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, procurement and clients to ensure robust and competitive pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed cost estimates across all project stages. Analyse project specifications, drawings and tender documentation. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and pricing data. Identify cost risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options. Support bid submissions and present cost data to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, trends, and benchmarks. The Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of project estimating experience. Proven track record in either fitout, high-tech facilities, or MEP projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and supply chains. Proficient in construction estimating software. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
