We are now looking for a Global Marketing Manager (fixed-term, 9 months) to join our team and make a measurable impact in a short time. About The RoleAs a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Evac’s already solid global position in the maritime industry, while also driving awareness and growth in land-based markets. You will manage existing strategies, identify opportunities for quick wins, and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
You’ll need strong ownership, confidence, and adaptability, as this role requires balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight. Your ResponsibilitiesExecute the marketing strategy, plans, and tactics based on Evac’s business line strategy, sales targets, and ICP insights across segments. Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and support market origination (value proposition development, product launches, thought leadership content). Support Sales leaders and Product Line managers by equipping internal teams, agents, and distributors with aligned marketing assets.
Strengthen digital marketing capabilities, validate new use cases with Sales, and run campaigns with measurable impact. Manage content across owned, earned, and paid channels to meet customer needs and strengthen the Evac brand. Lead external events (e. g. , Seatrade 2026) in close collaboration with Sales leaders and Product Line managers. What We’re Looking For5–10 years of relevant marketing and communications experience in an international B2B context. Proven ability to translate business plans into impactful marketing strategies and execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management skills.
Advanced content creation and curation skills to drive lead generation and strengthen brand recognition. A positive, energizing approach to driving cultural change and supporting sales transformation. Strong interest in sustainability and its role in reinforcing Evac’s industry leadership. Fluent English communication and public speaking skills. Solid business acumen and financial literacy to support budgeting and deliver measurable results.
