Founding COO

We’re looking for a Founding Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Munchi and help build the operating system for restaurants. This is not a traditional job, it’s a founder-level opportunity with meaningful stock options. Today, we’ve partnered with 150+ restaurants across Finland, Estonia, Malta, and the UAE. With €650K already raised in pre-seed funding and international expansion underway, we’re just getting started. Our team comes from five different countries with backgrounds in restaurants, tech, delivery, finance, and product. We’re a collective of problem-solvers who believe in ownership, speed, and building meaningful solutions. What you’ll doAs COO, You’ll Own Execution And ScalingBuild and optimize operations (onboarding, customer success). Align sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize growth. Oversee finance and admin (cashflow, reporting, investor updates).
