About The RoleAbout this opportunitySenior professional responsible for technical documentation of a large-scale data centre construction project. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of projects. This full-time role requires being on-site during the work week. No rotation or fly-in/fly-out arrangement applies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining and updating document control procedures and systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable. Coordinating with the project management team to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Monitoring document workflows and ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements. Providing training and supporting to the project team on document control processes and systems. Conducting regular revisions to ensure document control processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement. Liaising with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage document submissions and approvals. Preparing and distributing document control reports to the project management team. Experience in setting up workflows for RFI. Expert user in Autodesk Construction CloudProficient in Bluebeam and other document controlling tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to collaborate, onboard and train other usersHigh level of English. Proficiency in Finnish is desirable.
Eligible to work in Finland. Available to work in Lahti 5 days per week (no rotation applies). QualificationsEducation in the construction-related field is desirable.
