To further strengthen our TechOps team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Alliance Manager TechOps.Purpose of the RoleThe Alliance Manager TechOps is a strategic leader and culture builder, accountable for architecting and executing the partnership agenda at argenx. This role drives company-level impact by aligning partnerships with Vision 2030, scaling readiness, and fostering a unified, innovative, and empowered partnership culture—the argenx way.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Leadership: Architect and lead the partnership portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy and readiness for scale. Proactively shape which partnerships matter most, how they are governed, and how they contribute to long-term company goals.Alliance Leadership Community: Build and sustain the Alliance Leadership Community, embedding partnership excellence into onboarding, training, and leadership development. Launch foundational training, create case studies, and lead partnership labs to share best practices and lessons learned.Connector Across Functions: Serve as a central connector and trusted liaison between TechOps, Quality, Finance, and Business Development teams. Facilitate seamless communication, alignment, and collaboration across these functions to ensure that partnership objectives are fully integrated into operational, quality, financial, and strategic decision-making.Champion the argenx Way of Partnering: Model and promote empowerment, co-ownership, transparent communication, and collaborative decision-making. Ensure that both internal teams and external partners are empowered to innovate, challenge the status quo, and deliver excellence together.Governance and Integration: Develop and implement governance structures that maximize integration and value creation across the partnership ecosystem. Actively drive the creation of joint governance structures and integration opportunities with key partners.Celebrating Success and Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to celebrate partnership successes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
