There is potential to grow based on your availability and service demand. You’ll receive ongoing supervision and support, both in-person and remotely.You WillDeliver individual and group therapy programs under the direction of our Allied Health team.Provide culturally appropriate services with a strong focus on supporting the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers and communities.Support customers and families to achieve their therapy and independence goals.Work collaboratively with the community, working with local child care centres and schools. Gain real-world experience in the rapidly growing disability sector, supported by experienced clinicians.About YouI am an enthusiastic and compassionate Allied Health student or qualified Allied Health Assistant, passionate about supporting people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives. I am a professional, empathetic, and eager to learn from experienced therapists.I Will BringExperience working with children, this may be as an educator, a teacher's aid, a sports coach or other relevant roles. A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or Certificate III qualification (desirable but not required).Motivation to learn the role and be part of the Northcott team.
