The role is in Technology & Digital domain and focuses on developing and delivering IT Technology services for multiple clients across the globe, with a special focus on the UK and Europe markets. Prior work experience in the Lloyd’s market is a plus. The opportunity will involve identifying, managing, governing and solutioning digital initiatives, application development, application and infrastructure maintenance, and using technology to transform insurance business process. The individual will be responsible for growing and delivering a broad array of technology services to existing and new clients. Key Responsibilities: 1.
Strategic Leadership and Portfolio ManagementOversee all strategic product and platform build efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Manage a diverse and dynamic portfolio across Strategic AccountsDevelop and execute a clear technology strategy to deliver scalable, innovative, and value-driven solutions to our client-facing teams. Track and optimize delivery metrics, budgets, and resource allocation. 2. Capability Development and ManagementLead, mentor, and manage senior leaders across sub teams. Drive organizational structure, performance management, and career growth for individuals within the teams. Build and maintain effective collaboration across client-facing, internal, and cross-functional teams. 3.
Communities of PracticeEstablish and nurture communities of practice (guilds) around core skill areas including business and technical analysis, engineering, and quality management. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, technical innovation, and best practice adoption across teams. Champion learning, upskilling, and continuous improvement to strengthen CLIENTs technical capabilities. 4. Technical ExcellenceOversee and provide guidance on the development and maintenance of: Strategic Accounts: Delivering robust technology solutions for large-scale, key accounts. Platform Team: Building and scaling bespoke insurance platforms. Delivery Methodology Team: Creating and streamlining tools/processes that enable successful delivery of technology builds. 5.
Stakeholder Management and CollaborationServe as a key advisor to senior leadership for all technology initiatives. Work with client-facing ADM and AMS teams to identify client product needs and product gaps. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency. Work with peers to define and refine strategic offerings and support sales. What you’ll be doing: The key responsibilities are as follows:
Own operational metrics around Client Satisfaction, People and FinancialsDevelop POVs and proactive propositions for Quarterly and Monthly client governanceGovern multiple technology projects, both greenfield and otherwiseGovern and Track staffing and fulfilment for one large or multiple smaller client engagementsGovern and Track visa readiness for one large or multiple smaller client engagementsHire new recruits from the open market via personal ReferralsRun Managed Services engagement in an end-to-end fashion, across both Applications and Infrastructure domainsPlan for managing Quality, Cost and Schedule parameters for large programs and projectsImplement effective release and configuration management processesSupport business development with Demos, POVs, POCsAssist and guide the team in defining technology architectures, participate in client driven ARBsOwn financial metrics related to revenue growth and profitabilityDefine annual budget for the relevant sub-domain or business unit regionPlan, manage and control staff attrition levelsManage and run SDLC Audits, Security Audits, Assessments and 3rd party Certifications, which can be client driven, or by an independent entity or in-houseEvaluate 3rd party tools and platforms related to P&C insurance and for SDLC purposesAssess risks and plan to mitigate them Must Have:

from a recognized institutePrior hands-on work experience in IT services across Application Engineering and InfrastructureMinimum 20 years of experience in IT servicesAt least 2-3 years of Onsite work experience in UK / Europe / ANZ / Singapore marketsAt least 10 years of experience working for Insurance clients, preferably P&C Specialty or Large Commercial lines, Life Insurance experience also countsExcellent spoken and written communication skillsHave a broad understanding of UK / Europe / ANZ immigration norms and general guidelinesHave a good working knowledge of one out of the Azure and AWS Cloud platformsUnderstand Agile development methodologies wellA track record of leading successful client delivery engagementsNice to Have:
P&C core platform knowledge (e. g. Guidewire, Duck Creek, DXC, Majesco, Sapiens, Insurity etc. )Should have managed both small and large-sized delivery teams
