AM/M – Yonyou ERP Advisory Consultant (Petaling Jaya)

Over time, what we do remains closely linked with helping our clients improve the way they operate; innovate and grow; reduce costs; manage risks; leverage talent; and change the way they do business.Our aim is to support our clients in designing, managing and executing lasting beneficial change.Responsibilities:Lead a team of consultants primarily for Yonyou ERP implementation project which requires leading requirement workshop, configuration activities planning and execution, facilitation of data migration strategy and execution, lead and conduct system testing (i.e. unit testing, integration testing), facilitation of user acceptance testing, conduct training and facilitation of go-live activities and post go-live support (hypercare)Facilitate and drive business process improvement and Yonyou ERP enablement initiativesConduct business needs analysis and identify key business challengesIdentify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomesDefine to-be state of processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurementsDevelop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘to-be’ state effectivelyManage key client stakeholders including collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients or global team members, to gather requirements and provide support in a multilingual environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solution with existing systemsSupport related projects such as ERP pre/post implementation review, IT Due Diligence, IT Compliance reviewSupport business development activities which includes preparation of proposed solution, approach and timeline primarily for ERP implementation (with extension to other advisory opportunity such as ERP system review, ERP Global Design, COA Harmonisation, etc.)Support other internal initiatives such as conducting research, for instance research on new ERP modules, regulatory requirements in relation to relevant business process / modules, etc. Stay abreast of ERP trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for clientsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or Solution Architect, with a focus on Yonyou ERP implementationFluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken) to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams and projects across the globeExperienced in Yonyou ERP implementation across industries (i.e. Manufacturing, Financial Services, etc.)Experienced in Yonyou ERP implementation for Finance module. Experience in supply chain is added advantageProficient in solutioning, designing and driving change for client’s new Yonyou ERP, business process re-engineering and organizational changeStrong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in a Yonyou ERP environmentDeep understanding of Yonyou ERP functionalities of one or more of the following areas: a) Finance b) Sales and CRM c) Supply Chain ManagementStrong written and verbal skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong client service mind-set with good project management skills
