Description:As an Associate Director in KPMG’s Technology Consulting practice, you will lead strategic CIO Advisory engagements, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage complex technology programs for top-tier clients. This role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver business outcomes through technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shape innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth of our practice.Responsibilities:Engagement Leadership:Lead and oversee complex, enterprise-wide digital transformation and IT strategy programs, driving initiatives such as operating model redesign, enterprise architecture development, and creation of actionable digital roadmaps that align technology with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Client Advisory:Serve as a strategic advisor to CIOs and senior stakeholders on technology governance, cost optimization, sourcing, and modernization. Present recommendations to executive committees and boards. Business Development:Drive go-to-market initiatives, develop proposals, and contribute to revenue growth targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities. Thought Leadership:Develop insights on emerging technologies, IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF), and digital trends. Represent KPMG in industry forums and publish thought leadership pieces. Team Leadership:Mentor and coach managers and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Support recruitment and capability development within the practice. Requirements:Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred. Professional certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, Agile) highly desirable. Experience:10+ years in Technology Consulting or Digital Transformation, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing large scale, complex technology programs. Strong experience in CIO Advisory areas: IT strategy, operating model design, enterprise architecture, data strategy and governance. Skills:Strong ability to bridge business and technology, understanding how IT strategies and digital solutions drive business outcomes. Proven experience in aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring measurable value creation. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for senior stakeholders.
