The Rising Fan – Leader in Training (F&B) reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.As Rising Fan – Leader in Training (F&B), you will be responsible for the following duties: Conducts daily briefing as per hotel standards covering the points highlighted in the morning F&B briefing Assists in making comprehensive debrief for promotions and functions Assists to prepare effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance with volume of business Assist to maintain open communications between administration, service and kitchen Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, immediate superior and other colleagues both verbally and in writing as per company standardsAs Rising Fan – Leader in Training (F&B), we expect from you: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management Minimum 3 – 6 months’ internship experience in Food & Beverage Good computer knowledge and typing skillsOur commitment to you Learning & Development.
