The Malaysian firm now has 65 partners and over 1,900 staff located across 10 offices.The People, Performance & Culture department charged with finding, screening, recruiting and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs.Responsibilities:Involved in end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing of talents to offering of candidates Support the sourcing of high caliber candidates across business segmentsSurvey the talent market and collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative sourcing solutions that address emerging talent acquisition needsIdentify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to stakeholders that to enable exceptional recruitment service deliveryManage end to end recruitment process for Associate to Director level roles. To generate quality hiring report for businesses monthlyInvolved in Career Fairs, Recruitment Drives, and on-site interviews in universitiesSupporting in External /Internal branding areas (Special Programs, In-House Activities) Requirements:Undergraduates who have completed Degree course in a Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Management or any related field, with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Active in extra-curricular activities, with strong leadership qualities. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience in HR or Recruitment will have an added advantage. Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other LinkedIn tools for sourcing and networking.
