*** Location: Remote or based in Novato, CA ONLY IN the following states: CA, CO, IL, KY, MT, NY, OR, PA, TX, WA ***About the CompanyOur client is a well-established pet products brand entering an important next phase of eCommerce growth — refining how they operate, strengthening their approach, and building the right foundation for the future.Amazon is their largest and most influential channel, and they’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager to own the P&L and channel end-to-end.If you’re motivated by the opportunity to take a strong foundation and make it better — bringing structure, strategy, and discipline to how the brand shows up and performs on Amazon — this is your role.The OpportunityYou’ll lead all aspects of their Amazon (1P/Vendor Central) business — from sales performance and profitability to pricing, promotions, and advertising strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of eCommerce, you’ll have full visibility and ownership to drive results.This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to create stability, consistency, and growth across their Amazon account.What You’ll Do► Lead the full Amazon 1P/3P (Vendor Central/Seller) business strategy, from forecasting to execution► Own pricing, promotions, and content strategy to drive sales and profitability► Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to align supply, spend, and demand► Oversee Amazon Ads (SP, SB, DSP) and promotional calendars to maximize ROI► Use data and reporting tools (Pacvue, Stackline, Helium10, Brand Analytics) to uncover trends and drive decisions► Build strong relationships with Amazon vendor/category teams to unlock growth opportunitiesWho You Are► 6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Amazon 1P/3P (Vendor Central/Seller) accounts owning the P&L► Proven ability to drive profitable growth through strategic planning and disciplined execution► Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads, retail analytics, and performance optimization► Strong analytical skills and command of reporting tools (Pacvue, Stackline, Helium10, etc.)► Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative across teams► Experience in pet, CPG, or multi-brand consumer products a strong plusWhy This Role MattersThis role is designed for a strategic operator who wants to own the channel — refining how we plan, execute, and grow on Amazon with visibility across the entire organization.If you’re ready to take full ownership of a meaningful Amazon business and help shape its next chapter, we’d love to connect.
