We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with deep expertise in endpoint management, automation, and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate must be currently working within a law firm IT environment—this is a firm requirement and non-negotiable. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your advanced technical skills in MECM/SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting to drive automation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure a secure and reliable desktop and device management ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune in a law firm setting.Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate administration, deployments, and monitoring tasks across Microsoft environments.Manage and optimize Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11), ensuring smooth migrations, updates, and compliance with firm-wide standards.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support the overall IT environment, with a focus on automation and system stability.Monitor and troubleshoot desktop, VDI, and device management systems to resolve escalated issues quickly and effectively.Partner with legal IT stakeholders to align solutions with firm-specific compliance, security, and operational requirements.Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices to support continuous improvement of endpoint management processes.QualificationsRequired: Currently employed at a law firm in a Systems Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, or related infrastructure role.7+ years of professional experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure support, or endpoint/device management.Hands-on expertise with MECM/SCCM administration, including packaging, deployment, patching, and reporting.Strong experience with Microsoft Intune or other mobile/device management platforms.Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation (must be able to write, maintain, and optimize complex scripts).Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO/GPP), and OU management.Background supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, Azure AD, VDI platforms such as AVD or Citrix, etc.).Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, implement scalable solutions, and deliver in high-pressure environments.U.S. Citizenship required (no green cards, sponsorships, or dual citizenship permitted due to client security requirements).Why JoinCompetitive compensation up to $160,000 to start, with comprehensive benefits.100% remote flexibility while working with a high-performing IT team.Opportunity to contribute your expertise to a prestigious law firm environment.A role that values innovation, automation, and technical mastery.
