TCGplayer is dedicated to being the most trusted trading card game (TCG) platform, connecting and empowering the hobby community through innovative tools, technologies, and a global marketplace. In this mid-level role, you will leverage your expertise in user-centered design to craft impactful product solutions that enhance our payment, billing, and compliance features, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop designs grounded in research, validated through user testing, and aligned with business objectives.
