We believe in empowering each team member to drive their business forward while adhering to these guiding principles.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage 6-10 client accounts as the primary point of contact; support the Team Leader on additional accounts.Develop and execute monthly business plans to achieve sales and growth targets.Cultivate strong client relationships, deeply understanding each brand’s needs and market.Design and implement strategies for brand growth and operational excellence on Amazon.Oversee client performance: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights.Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams (Advertising, SEO, Amazon Care, Graphic Design, Catalog, Inventory Management) to deliver winning solutions for your brands.Orchestrate catalog management: Ensure product listings are fully optimized and promotional campaigns are timely and effective.Proactively suggest and lead special promotions, then analyze and report on performance and ROI.Organize and host regular client meetings (weekly/biweekly), providing updates, strategic recommendations, and market insights.Act as the key liaison between clients and specialist teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-quality deliverables.Stay current on Amazon trends, marketplace dynamics, and new opportunities for clients’ growth.Prepare clear, actionable reports on account performance and team outputs.Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.At leas a year of experience as an Amazon Account Manager/Brand SpecialistDemonstrated business acumen and ability to set, drive, and achieve commercial goals. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.Strong leadership qualities — able to motivate and direct cross-functional teams, with a keen sense for accountability and follow-through.Exceptional analytical skills; data-driven with the ability to turn insights into strategy. Great multitasking and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.High energy, a growth mindset, and a passion for delivering resultsMust be based in Türkiye.Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
