We believe in empowering each team member to drive their business forward while adhering to these guiding principles.Core DeliverablesE-commerce Visual Strategy: Lead the design and execution of all visual content, prioritizing conversion optimization for online platforms.Shopify Design: Create high-converting graphics for the website, including landing pages, banners, and product imagery.Amazon Optimization: Design the complete visual package for Amazon listings, including compelling Listing Images and advanced A+ Content/EBC, Storefront, etc.Brand Compliance: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to the company's brand guidelines.Communication: Giving consultation for graphic design to our customers and preparing audits for it if needed.Video Edits: The role may require the candidate to handle basic motion graphics and small video edits on projects, but professional proficiency is not essential.Essential Work EthicDeadline Commitment: Absolute commitment to meeting all deadlines and effectively prioritizing tasks.Client Understanding: Strong communication skills for accurately understanding and interpreting team/client needs.Flexibility & Availability: Available for urgent tasks and quick revisions.Organization & Documentation: Systematic archiving of all final and source files, and timely reporting of project status in the task management system.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of previous experience working as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer at Amazon or an e-commerce agency are preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Specially Photoshop and Illustrator)Knowledge of AI Tools is a must.Must have an updated portfolio.Excellent command of both written and spoken English.Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods.Candidates must be Turkey-based.Note: A test project will be sent to you after the initial interview to continue our journey.
