Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AML Compliance Team Lead at our Abu Dhabi office. The AML Compliance Team Lead will oversee the implementation of anti-money laundering policies and procedures, review and analyze legal documents, ensure adherence to compliance requirements, and provide expert guidance on legal and regulatory matters. The role will also involve supervising compliance operations, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to support regulatory reporting and audits. Qualifications Expertise in Law and Legal Affairs to ensure regulatory adherence and provide sound legal adviceProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting with a strong attention to detailExperience in Legal Compliance and in-depth knowledge of AML regulations and frameworksStrong understanding of data collection, analysis, and risk management related to compliance activitiesCAMS certification is mandatoryExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the real estate industry or finance sectors is a plus
