This is a generalist role where you’ll work across industries, regions, and topics—bringing a flexible and rigorous approach to every challenge. The role is based in Warsaw and we work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in office).WHAT YOU’LL DOTake responsibility for assigned work streams and conduct high-quality analysisGenerate sound hypotheses to address complex business problemsAdapt to client needs and case expectations, proactively resolving issues or surfacing insightsConduct market and competitor research, survey analytics, online/social media scraping, target screening, and moreUse Bain’s proprietary toolkits to validate your findings with data and clear logicCollaborate with global teams and contribute meaningfully across the EMEA regionABOUT YOUGraduate from a top-tier university, ideally with a quantitative background0–3 years of experience in analytical roles in a corporate environment; consulting experience is a plusProficient EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and detail-oriented mindsetFamiliar with GenAI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally with Tableau or AlteryxExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
