Senior Analyst, International Compensation & BenefitsABOUT THE PROJECT :Work Location: WroclawContract type: 6 months fix term contract with a possibility of extensionWork model: hybrid (4 days on site) Client: international financial services company, specializing in investment services and investment management.ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, International Compensation & Benefits to join our Rewards team. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:With guidance, assists with core analytical/advisory services to the Rewards Centre of Excellence. Delivers quality analytics and executes a variety of routine compensation processes. Partners with and supports more experienced advisors to develop technical skills.Conducts research and produces basic analyses and reports in support of the various compensation products, services and projects such as market pricing benchmark roles. Applies basic problem-solving skills to identify core issues versus problem symptoms.Coordinates with the Communities of Expertise, People Business teams and the People Solutions Center to ensure all parties are aware of timing and deliverables on assigned projects.Provides input into possible process changes to increase efficiencies and quality of work products.Contributes to the achievement of team objectives; plans own effort to ensure work products are delivered in appropriate timeframes to serve the business needs.ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Compensation and HR preferred.Must be technologically proficient in applications such as Excel, Access, HR systems, etc.
