Role: Pega Business AnalystLocation: Krakow Poland (Remote)Type: Contract/PermanentSummary of PositionThe Business Analyst (BA) gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for Pega CDH solutions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and traceability across the delivery lifecycle. The BA bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to support successful CDH implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & AnalysisFacilitate workshops to capture business goals, customer journeys, and personalization needsDocument functional requirements including eligibility, suitability, engagement policies, arbitration outcomes, and treatment logicTranslate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaSolution Design SupportPartner with architects to define CDH action structures, strategy logic, and data requirementsProduce functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and interface designsValidate proposed solutions with business and technology stakeholdersUAT & Release SupportDevelop UAT plans, scenarios, and test data aligned with business rulesSupport testers and business users during acceptance testingFacilitate issue triage and requirement refinementsDocumentation & Client SupportMaintain requirements traceability and post-implementation reference materialsProvide functional support for production issues and enhancementsRequired Experience & Skills5–8 years of business analysis experience in technology or CRM/MarTech environmentsStrong experience documenting functional requirements and process flowsKnowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and user-centered designExcellent communication and facilitation skillsPreferredExperience with Pega CDH or other decisioning/marketing platformsSQL knowledge helpfulPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented, analytical, organized, collaborative, and skilled at simplifying complex topics
