Leveraged Finance is responsible for arranging, structuring, and executing a variety of financing transactions for Private Equity clients. We offer our clients a broad range of financing solutions including bilateral loans, club loans, distributed leveraged loans as well as high yield bonds.Our team takes pride in having a high work ethics and a positive and non-hierarchical spirit, where all members of the team are encouraged to take on responsibility. Coupled with a strong client focus, we strive to provide first class advice and execution capabilities to our international client base.You will already from day one be included in the structuring and execution of Leveraged Finance transactions, conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling as well as prepare high-quality presentations and pitch materials.
