Join a transition project team where you will use your analytical skills to package information and support decision-making and other transition activities.Utilise qualitative research, expert insights and performance metrics for service improvements.Professional team dedicated to improving critical services and supporting transformative change.This is a fixed term position through until 31 October 2026 that will provide analytical insight and support for the transition and transfer of water & asset services to an asset owning entity.The remuneration range for this role is $86,230 to $121,736 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.The opportunityAs the Analyst for Water Transition you will join a Transition project team that are supporting the transition of water services from Wellington Water Ltd to a new asset owning water services organisation. You will coordinate and bring together critical information needed for the transition and play a key role in supporting the effective transfer to the new organisation. You will also provide analytical insights that recommend change and inform areas of improvement.By building relationships that focus on support, improvement and efficiency you will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, analyse and synthesise technical and business information to deliver on transfer requirements. You will be assessing information provided, and identifying any gaps and inconsistencies, and escalating for resolution when necessary.. This is a varied role where you will adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to problem solving and continual improvement across water services.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have a history of working within environments of transformation and have a successful approach to business analytics and improvements.
