No H1, H4, or OPT**Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer-Paid Life Insurance Employer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan with Immediate Vesting eligibility on the first of the month following start date Paid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays Educational AssistanceSalary: 90-110kClick here to learn about BRMi's culture.Click here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviewsResponsibilitiesManage and support the user provisioning lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and deprovisioning in accordance with security and compliance policies.Administer and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools such as Saviynt or SailPoint to ensure accurate and efficient access management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and enforce access control policies.Conduct access reviews, entitlement audits, and certification campaigns to ensure proper role assignments and least-privilege access.Identify, document, and streamline inefficient or redundant identity management workflows and processes.Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools such as PowerShell or PEGA to improve operational efficiency.Provide timely technical support and customer service to end users, management, and leadership teams regarding identity and access issues.Generate reports and metrics related to identity management performance, compliance, and operational trends.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in Identity Management, including user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning.Hands-on experience with an IGA system such as Saviynt IGA or SailPoint.Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong customer service skills, ideally with experience interacting directly with mid-level and executive leadership, either in person or virtually.Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify inefficient processes and collaborate on process improvements.Experience reviewing existing workflows and developing streamlined solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).Automation and scripting skills using tools such as PowerShell, PEGA, or other scripting products.Experience with Mainframe/RACF and DB2.Familiarity with Active Directory, LDS, or other LDAP-based directory systems.Knowledge of remote access management solutions such as RSA SecurID, VPN, or Citrix.Experience with data reporting and metric tools such as Microsoft Power BI.Experience with ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems.
