Where making an impact matters.As the Analytics and Insights Lead you will guide insight work from idea to delivery, turning complex problems into clear analytical questions that drive action. You will lead structured analysis, build compelling insights, uplift analytical standards, and partner across the organisation to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence. In this role you will frame challenges, prioritise delivery, create clarity, and champion analytics maturity while using tools like SQL, Python or R, and Power BI to inform decision making.Ko tātou tēnei. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:Proven experience leading analytical projects end-to-end — from framing through to delivery and adoptionFinancial services or strategy consulting background preferred — you understand the context, the stakeholders, and how analytics drives commercial decisionsStrength in stakeholder partnership — framing the right questions and building trusted relationships with senior leadersStrong analytical storytelling — translating complex analysis into compelling narratives and executive-ready recommendationsTechnical capability — proficient in SQL, Python or R, and modern BI tools (Power BI preferred); experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake advantageousStructured problem-solving — comfort navigating ambiguity and designing robust analytical approachesCross-functional collaboration — working effectively across technical specialists and business stakeholdersYou do not need to tick every box here to be considered!
