You will analyze complex datasets, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance and strategy.This role is ideal for candidates who combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and enjoy solving complex business problems using data.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsCollect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement or growth.Develop models and simulations to support scenario analysis.Reporting & VisualizationCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reporting outputs.Business ConsultingPartner with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.Translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable solutions.Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve business processes or strategy.Project & Stakeholder ManagementSupport analytics projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance analytics tools, methodologies, and workflows.Stay updated with emerging analytics and business intelligence trends and tools.Document methodologies, insights, and best practices for knowledge sharing.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.2–5 years experience in analytics, data consulting, or business intelligence roles.Experience with consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.Technical SkillsProficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Understanding of data modeling, BI tools, and data governance principles.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.Strong organizational and project management skills.PreferredExperience in business consulting, management consulting, or industry-specific analytics projects.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL tools.Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and business performance measurement.Why Join UsWork on challenging projects that directly impact business strategy and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Career growth paths into Senior Analytics Consultant, Analytics Manager, Data Strategy Lead, or Director of Analytics.Exposure to multiple industries and high-impact decision-making processes.
