Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide support to marketplace merchants and customers across multiple channels- live chat, email, social media, platform messaging too, phone etc. Support marketplace merchants with the on-boarding process:

registration, product uploading, training and query resolutionManage customer order fulfilment process to ensure timely dispatch of orders and liaise with merchants, customers and logistics providers to resolve issues that ariseProvide back-office support and platform training to Field Support AgentsProvide research and administrative support for the compilation of the social media calendarProvide project and administration support to the operations and marketing teamsConduct testing to support the release of new platform features by the tech teamSupport marketing team with the execution of campaignsMonitor SLA performance metrics to ensure user satisfactionMonitor ecommerce performance metrics against sales targetsSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diplomaMinimum 2-3 years’ work experienceEcommerce operations, social media or fashion industry experience would be an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skillsBusiness proficiency in both English and French is essentialStrong interpersonal, organization and administrative skillsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureApplication instructions:
