We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep post-production experience to help onboard, support, and grow relationships with our most important customers.
If you’re fluent in editing software and love helping others succeed with technology, this is your chance to be part of a game-changing company at the forefront of AI in media. 🎯 What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding and training through adoption and expansion. Serve as a trusted partner to video editors, post-production teams, and creative leads—helping them integrate AI tools into their workflows. Lead implementation and rollout plans tailored to each customer’s unique editing environment. Deliver hands-on support and best practices for optimizing workflows with our platform.
Advocate for customer needs across Product and Engineering teams. Monitor account health and usage, proactively resolving issues and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and support the sales process as needed.
✅ What You Bring5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or post-production rolesProfessional experience with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere ProStrong understanding of post-production workflows, video formats, and creative team dynamicsExcellent communication and client-facing skills—able to guide, teach, and build trustProactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting instinctsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities⭐ Bonus SkillsExperience in a SaaS or media technology environmentFamiliarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Frame.
