该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 全流程运营协调：协助统筹央厨生产、仓储、分发各环节衔接，确保健康餐品从采购到交付的高效运作； 员工需求与体验反馈：通过调研了解员工健康饮食偏好，持续改进餐品结构与分发流程； 优化运营健康标准：推动央厨生产流程符合健康饮食规范（如减少油盐使用、控制食材添加剂）； 安全与合规管理：落实食品安全法规（如GB 14881）、健康食材储存规范及员工健康管理要求。 核心能力要求： 学历与专业：2025届本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理、食品科学或相关专业优先； 工作经验：有项目管理实习经验者加分； 主动和学习能力强，具备发现问题与推动改进的能力； 逻辑清晰，能处理多线程任务并协调资源。
