Job Title: Anti-Financial Crime Analyst (AML)Location: Bucharest, Romania Work Arrangement:First 3 months: On-siteAfterwards: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Anti-Financial Crime Analyst with a strong interest in combating financial crimes and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations and transaction monitoring, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct AML investigations and review suspicious transactionsPerform transaction monitoring and apply AML typologies to identify risksAnalyze customer behavior, financial patterns, and documented evidenceEscalate suspicious activities and prepare case reportsFollow internal compliance procedures and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with compliance teams to mitigate financial crime risksMaintain confidentiality and data integrity at all timesRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in AML or Anti-Financial Crime investigationsExperience in transaction monitoring systemsBackground in banking or financial servicesStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent attention to detail and high accuracy in documentationFluency in Italian or French (spoken & written)Proficiency in English is an advantageWork ScheduleHours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)Days: Monday to Sunday (rotational shift)Days Off: 2 days off per rotationWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageGrowth and career development opportunities in the compliance fieldDynamic, multicultural working environmentHybrid work model after initial onboarding
