This is a full-time role based in Fawkner. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of our food equipment business across Australia and New Zealand.What you'll be doingProvide technical expertise and support to our sales and marketing teams to help promote our food equipment solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product and service opportunities in the food equipment marketDevelop and implement strategies to expand our food equipment customer base and market shareProactively identify and resolve customer issues related to our food equipment products and servicesContribute to the continuous improvement of our food equipment offering and ensure we stay ahead of industry trendsRepresent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholdersWhat we are looking forRelevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food equipment industryProven track record of driving business growth and developing successful commercial strategiesStrong technical expertise and understanding of food equipment products, applications, and industry regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on strategic objectivesWhat we offerBenefitsAt Sealed Air, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
