Job Description

5 - 8 years as Appian Developer hands on experience.Proficient hands-on experience in Appian BPM workflows designing and development. Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management. Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java) Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions. Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Developer Certification(s) to credentials your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning more Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently Good interpersonal and communication skills.
