They create and deliver crucial components of the systems design, with a particular focus on data migration rules. This role emphasizes the importance of clear communication and collaboration between the consultant and the implementation team to ensure a successful project outcome. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into application solutions. Configure, customize, and test business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet organizational needs. Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, integration points, and best practices. Support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Conduct data analysis and reporting to improve process efficiency and system utilization. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth application deployment and integration with other business systems. Document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution. Stay updated on application enhancements, new features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.Preferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise Bachelor’s or above degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain. Experience in system configuration, functional testing, and user training. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of project management and software implementation methodologies.
