该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.制定可靠性方案与测试计划； 2.搭建测试环境，执行可靠性测试，定期巡检运行状态； 3.进行异常分析与失效分析； 4.定期维护公司级可靠性文件与标准； 5.完成主管安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，微电子/可靠性工程/物理/材料等相关专业； 2.了解半导体相关基础知识和原理，CET4以上，基本的英语读写能力。
