QA Engineer

About This PositionTo ensure our cosmetic products are manufactured in compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., CSAR, CGMP) and internal quality standards. You will be the guardian of quality on the production floor and within our digital systems, responsible for monitoring processes, managing quality data in SAP, conducting audits, and implementing improvements to guarantee product safety, efficacy, and consistency. What you´ll do Assist in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain master data in the SAP QM (Quality Management) module. Write, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and other quality documents. Participate in internal and external audits and help in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform routine Gemba and audits on the production floor to ensure compliance with established procedures (e.g., weighing, mixing, filling, packaging). Manage product hold and quarantine activities and participate in non-conforming product investigations. Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. Lead or participate in projects for enhancing quality culture and improving quality. What makes you a good fit At least bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Microbiology or quality related background. At least 3 years of experience in Cosmetic/Food/laundry industries. In-depth knowledge of relevant quality regulations and standards. Good knowledge in root-cause-analysis tools. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, team worker. High self-motivation and initiative taking. Fluent in written English. Proficient PC skills MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP). Strong communication skills.
