Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the full time Application Design Engineer we are looking for in Hässleholm?Your future roleAs an Application Design Engineer you will be responsible for Railway signaling design of specific applications.We'll look to you for:Analyse and understand system requirements for the railway signalling systemDecide about technical solutions related to application design/configuration considering applicable internal and external railway rules and regulations.Create and deliver specific application software configuration and documentation in accordance with applicable internal procedures for Configuration and Change Management to secure quality and safety.Continuously improve system knowledge and ways of working in a structured manner.All About YouBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or any other equivalent field or work experienceSafety and system related engineering experience.Computer knowledge for example installation of operating systems, drivers and network configuration.Experience of development according to safety standards such as CENELEC (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) or equivalent.Experience in working with requirements, specifications and documentation of complex technical systems.Language required: Swedish and English.Railway signalling knowledge will be preferred.Things you’ll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
