The company is driven by innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence across sectors such as chemicals, food, energy, and materials.🎯 Your roleYou will act as the technical–commercial bridge between clients and engineering teams: understanding process challenges, creating tailored solutions, and managing the full technical proposal cycle. This position follows a hybrid structure, combining remote work with regular presence in Amsterdam / South NL.🛠️ Key responsibilities• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients. • Translate technical needs into customized engineered solutions. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams. • Present solutions and support customers during decision-making. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.👤 Ideal profile• Master’s degree in Chemical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent). • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or application engineering. • Strong technical understanding of process systems and industrial equipment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in Dutch and English.
