Join our growing team and be part of a purpose-driven organization shaping futures every day.🎯 Role Overview We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and student-focused Application Officer to manage university admissions and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and teamwork while making a real impact on students’ lives.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and submit international student applications accurately and on time.Communicate with partner universities and keep students informed throughout the process.Coordinate with counselors to ensure all required documents are complete.Track application progress and maintain accurate internal records.Assist with offer letters, fee payments, and pre-departure steps.Handle inquiries from students, parents, and partners in a professional manner.✅ What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Excellent English writing and communication skills (essential).Tamil language proficiency (required); Sinhala communication skills are an advantage.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Experience in student recruitment, administration, or higher education (preferred).Confident, friendly, and professional personality with strong people skills.Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Nugegoda and start immediately.🕒 Working Hours & BenefitsMonday to Sunday (rostered days off): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM3-month paid probation with full training provided7 days off per month (including weekends)Salary range: LKR 50,000 – 100,000 (based on performance) + attractive incentivesSupportive and positive work environment with growth opportunities📩 How to Apply If you’re passionate about education and want to help students achieve their international goals, we’d love to meet you!👉 Send your CV to sabeetha@apexstudylink.com 👉 Subject line: Application for Applications Officer – Apex Study Link – Nugegoda 👉 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
