Day after day, we passionately strive for high achievement; for customer delight and thrive on the challenge of high expectations and commitment to excel.ResponsibilitiesCarry out AR follow up efficiently according to the daily production targets specifiedGenerate 35 plus AR reports, analyze and work based on priority levelsDownload/ verify correspondences related to collection functionEnsure proper analysis is done before reaching out to insurance representatives and resolve internal gaps.Develop AR and Root Cause analysis and share with management for reviewEnsure 30 plus paid rate is achieved as expectedAct as the point of contact for assigned client for internal and external queriesEnsure QA reports are reviewed, fixed and responded back to the QA teams within 24 hours.Enforce company regulatory standards to ensure the area of responsibility is in compliance with HIPPA and ISO standards.Share Daily and Weekly assigned reports within given timelinesUpdate SOPs in a timely manner and according to the required levelConduct training to newcomers on the job specific functionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare, Business, or related fieldMinimum 1 to 2 years in RCM experienceMinimum 1 year in collections experienceProven expertise in Accounts Receivables management on Provider RCMPassion for solving problemsAbility to work with MS Office packageGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressureTenacityDetails:Work Week: Monday to FridayShift: Night: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AMLocation : Colombo, Kandy - Hybrid Other Features: Full-time | US calendar applicablePlease send us your CV to careers@healthreconconnect.com with the subject line “Operation Analyst / Senior Operation Analyst - Collections”HealthRecon Connect is an equal opportunity employer.
