That’s where you come in.As an Application Scientist, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of cutting-edge quantum research and customer success. You’ll work hands-on with our quantum processors and help our customers unlock their full potential, enabling them to implement advanced capabilities like tunable couplers and quantum error correction. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our users and the continued advancement and accessibility of quantum computing.What You’ll Be DoingWorking closely with our customers to enable them to achieve the best possible results on our quantum processors, from device tune-up to enabling QEC protocols.Working hands-on with our in-house measurement team, contributing to advanced experiments and deepening your knowledge of our hardwareDeliver technical trainings, tailored documentation, and on-site support to customers and internal Customer Success EngineersAct as a feedback bridge between our customers and internal product teams, helping shape the roadmap and user experienceCo-author scientific papers and whitepapers in collaboration with customers to showcase product capabilities and breakthroughsYour ProfilePhD in superconducting qubits or equivalent industry experienceExcellent communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trust with customersProven experience tuning multi-qubit superconducting quantum processors; familiarity with tunable couplers is a plusHands-on, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetDeep interest in the latest advancements in quantum tech, especially in superconducting systemsWillingness to travel for customer engagement, installations, and conferencesOutgoing, enthusiastic, and a strong team collaboratorWhat We OfferAt QuantWare, you’ll be part of a high-performing team of world-class experts in an ambitious, fast-moving environment.
