Visithttp://www.career.cloetta.comto read more about our employee journey and see what else we can offer.Responsibilities Your positionAs Application Specialist you will report to our Head of Application Management and be a key member of the Application Management team, which is part of a global IT team with over 30 colleagues in our offices and factories spread across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting the future solutions using generative AI, machine learning and robotics in Infor CloudSuite and integrated applications. Collaboration with stakeholders and process specialists to understand business requirements is part of the daily work. You will lead or participate in projects to improve and automate the current ways-of-working for any process, using the latest automation technology, for example generative AI, ML and RPA.This role is perfect when you want to take the next step in your career within advanced technologies. You will get an excellent opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge in combination with business improvements and end user experience and see immediate impact of implemented solutions.You will be located in Malmö (SE) or Breda (NL) and you will travel to our offices and factories in Europe where applicable. We have a hybrid work environment where you will have the possibility to work from home remotely. QualificationsYou have the following qualifications…University education with a degree in Science, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (1-3 years) working with advanced technologies, e.g. generative AI, machine learning and roboticsGood communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience from Infor CloudSuite, M3 CE and/or integrated applications is a plus.Good change management skills.The ability to think end-to-end, process-oriented, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for details.Pro-active, self-motivated, and well-organized.Primary language is Swedish or Dutch.
