We dont present ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or identity.Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together!What You'll do: Provide functional support for Salesforce applications, ensuring stability and reliability in production environments; Coordinate service management activities with external entities, maintaining communication and alignment; Lead war rooms during critical incident situations, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination until resolution; Design and implement control mechanisms and KPIs to monitor application performance and operational quality; Collaborate with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident, problem, and change management; Support incident investigation and troubleshooting using monitoring tools and logs; Participate in on-call rotations (prevention shifts) to guarantee service availability; Hybrid Work Model.What You Are: 2+ years of experience providing functional application support, preferably in Salesforce environments; Experience with service management tools (ITSM systems, e.g., ServiceNow); Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage high-severity incidents; Knowledge in APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and log analysis (Kibana); Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and APIs; Strong analytical and communication skills, with capacity to operate under pressure; Availability for on-call duties (prevenções) when required.What youll get: Wage according to candidate's professional experience; Remote Work whenever possible; Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; And others.Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.Are you ready to step into a diverse and inclusive world with us?Together we will promote uniquess!
