What you need to join us: Proven experience leading engineering teams building large-scale, enterprise SaaS applicationsDeep hands-on expertise in at least two of the following:Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)Backend development (TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, REST APIs)Frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern frontend tooling)Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and security best practices.Experience with container orchestration (ECS, EKS, GKE, AKS) and/or serverless platforms.Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture.Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving requirements.
