Application Systems Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven IT Applications Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of business-critical application systems in support of our digital transformation initiatives. The role spans projects across mobile apps, web portals, and kiosks, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of application systems supporting digital transformation initiatives.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.Manage and communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior management.Drive collaboration between IT, business analysts, vendors and external partners for successful project execution.Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating teamwork and resolving conflicts.Oversee system enhancements, application design and architecture reviews.Ensure high system availability, rapid incident response and effective issue resolution.Establish business systems operations with measurable performance metrics meeting business and regulatory requirements.Manage vendors and service providers to ensure SLAs are achieved and value delivered.Oversee budget, contract renewals, and technology roadmap planning for application systems.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards and regulatory requirements.Support audits and review activities related to business systems.Collaborate with IT infrastructure and cloud teams to optimize application systems in a hybrid environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.Proven experience managing large-scale application projects (digital platforms, mobile apps, portals, kiosks or bespoke systems).Experience implementing Mobile Apps and Web Portals for external customers (2+ years).Azure Cloud or other cloud platform experience for application deployment/implementation.Experience with digital content management platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, modernization and cloud integration.Experience with regulatory compliance and IT audit requirements.Solid vendor and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
