ScopeThe Applications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, support and optimization of the Group’s SaaS platforms and internal IT systems. The role combines technical system administration with IT knowledge, ensuring that all business applications are secure, integrated and performing optimally. This position supports business continuity, user productivity, and digital transformation initiatives across the Group.Key Responsibilities Administer user accounts, roles, permissions and groups across all assigned SaaS and IT systems. Configure and maintain workflows, automation rules, custom fields, templates and integrations within key platforms. Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, updates and patching. Support hardware and software installations, network connectivity and system troubleshooting when required. Provide training, documentation and technical support to internal users on system usage and best practices. Liaise with vendors, IT service providers and platform support teams for issue resolution and feature implementation. Create and maintain system documentation including SOPs, technical configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and deactivation of access. Enforce backup procedures, security controls and compliance policies. Implement and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms and internal IT infrastructure. Support business process automation and digital workflow initiatives. Monitor system performance, uptime, and vendor SLAs to ensure reliability and operational efficiency. Provide Level 2 support for internal IT incidents related to SaaS platforms, connectivity, or user access. Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team on network, security and data management initiatives. Assist in system upgrades, data migrations and software roll-outs. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies data protection regulations and IT governance frameworks. Participate in the testing and implementation of new applications or systems. Support asset management, software licensing and vendor management as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience managing SaaS platforms and IT systems administration. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira, Monday.com, Zoho (Recruit, Analytics, People), or CRM tools. Solid understanding of network fundamentals, security principles, and cloud environments. Familiarity with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and access management tools. Experience supporting low-code/no-code or automation platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as: CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+) Jira Administrator Certification Google IT Support Professional Certificate AWS Cloud Practitioner Experience with automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) or API integrations. Previous exposure to cybersecurity, data privacy, or ITIL framework. Personal Attributes and Disposition: Quickly adjusts to new technologies, systems, and business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and users. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to identify challenges and implement practical fixes. Perseveres through technical and operational challenges with a calm, proactive attitude. Demonstrates understanding and patience when supporting users and addressing their needs. Ensures accuracy and reliability in configurations, permissions, and documentation. Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Handles sensitive information responsibly and upholds data security and confidentiality standards.
