We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team.Job Description:Develop and optimize promotional, trigger-based, and transactional communications;Enhance existing and explore new customer communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app);Work with key metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;Audience segmentation: cohorts and user groups;Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics tailored for different audiences;Create and validate hypotheses to improve company performance;Automate successful tests and scale proven solutions;Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, analytics, marketing.Qualifications:1+ year of experience in the gambling industry (casino / sports betting) as a CRM / Retention Manager;Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data;Adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;Readiness to work in a high-load, fast-paced environment;Knowledge of and ability to navigate sports events (football, UFC, etc.).Additional InformationOur Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies:Children AllowanceMental Health SupportSport ActivitiesLanguage CoursesAutomotive ServicesVeterinary ServicesHome Office Setup AssistanceDental ServicesBooks and StationeryTraining CompensationAnd yes, even Massage!
