We’re looking for a Head of Sales to accelerate our growth in Russia. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll drive new business, revenue growth, and market penetration in one of our most strategic regions. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Appnext’s footprint in Russia. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing. Build strong, long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.
Deliver on aggressive revenue and growth targets. Advise clients on performance strategies in mobile user acquisition, programmatic, and CTV. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success. Act as the face of Appnext in the Russian AdTech ecosystem. Requirements: 6+ years in adtech/media sales, with proven success in performance-driven campaigns. Strong expertise in mobile UA and programmatic advertising. CTV knowledge is a plus. A powerful network of advertisers and agencies in Russia. Familiarity with tracking & analytics platforms (AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer, MyTracker). Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and Russian.
