Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Karachi.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and meeting branch targets. Additional duties include monitoring financial performance, handling client inquiries, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be tasked with training and developing team members, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiencies.

Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsExcellent customer service, sales strategies, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance monitoringKnowledge of marketing strategies and business developmentGood understanding of regulatory compliance, policy adherence, and risk managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and make informed decisionsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferredExperience in the financial services industry, particularly in Islamic finance, is a plus
