English C1-C2 is a MUSTFully remote position in ColombiaAs a Salesperson, you will drive sales and revenue growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will play a critical role in promoting our products/services, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Make cold callsApproach potential clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Identify and understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.Provide detailed information about products/services and their benefits to clients.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing customers.Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
