Coordinate with department heads. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable, and profits and losses. This is a full time hourly non-exempt position and works in person at the corporate office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesPrior experience with ERP systems, with Net Suite experience preferredExperience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principlesUnderstanding of Federal and State laws and regulationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of email communication etiquetteUnderstanding of how to research and locate resources onlineAbility to maintain effective and professional working relationshipsFlexibility to learn quickly and work in a fast paced and changing environmentMust perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately and maintain accurate recordsAbility to analyze information and effective problem-solving skillsEducation And ExperienceMinimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent education required, Associate degree orequivalent preferredMinimum Experience Preferred:2 years of administrative/office/clerical with billing experience preferredModerate knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and Adobe AcrobatNet Suite experience preferred.Essential FunctionsMonitor accounts receivable and unbilled items and review with department headsPerform electronic billing monthly within a designated deadlineReview hours billed for accuracyVerify details of business transactionsDeposit payments to bank and ensure they have been applied to clients’ accountsInvestigate billing and payment discrepancies with Regional Centers and other third partiesReconcile Accounts Receivable reporting discrepancies and problemsSend monthly statements to customersIdentify bad debt through aging reviewPrepare reports and revenue analysisComplete month end journal entries and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform other related duties and assignments as requiredOther RequirementsMust Pass Microsoft Excel assessment testCandidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, physical, etc.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, sitting, twisting, reaching, walking, driving, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions are required.
